AULA LED Backlit Gaming Keyboard Review
Today I will be doing an AULA LED Backlit Gaming Keyboard Review.
Are you in search of an inexpensive, quality, backlit gaming keyboard? If so then the AULA may be a great choice for you. Lets get into some of the specifics.
Product: AULA LED Backlit Gaming Keyboard
Best Place to Buy: Amazon.com
My Personal Ranking: 88/100
The AULA LED Backlit Gaming Keyboard is a comfortable sleek unit that gets the job done. I really like that you can switch between the 3 various color options depending on your mood at the time. On top of that combined with each color is the function to toggle between 4 different lighting modes including: off, low, high and pulse. Personally I wouldn’t make much use of the pulse function but some might like that.
Many would fine it handy that each individual key lights up making is very easy to see the keys in a low light situation. The last thing I will say about the lighting before we move on is that it also will turn off when the PC goes into sleep mode. This is a nice option so that you don’t have that constant glow coming off the keyboard when you forget to manually turn it off or would rather have it turn off automatically.
Who is this Backlit Keyboard suitable for?
I think it is a solid choice for anyone looking for a new keyboard honestly. You are not getting the best of the best here with the AULA but you are getting your moneys worth for sure. At $25.95 you can’t go wrong and I would say give it a shot if you are on a tight budget or are in need of a backup keyboard. It compares fairly well with the CM Storm Devastator Gaming Keyboard but without the combo’d mouse.
As far as gaming goes it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that a top of the line piece would have or as many buttons. The lack of the extra customizable buttons means you have a lot less options for keybinding. If you are a hardcore MLG player this one might not be for you. If you are a lighter gamer, casual PC user or even a Dot Com professional then you should be just fine.
The one downside I have seen and others have reported as well is the size and shape of the “enter” key. If you are used the the fully horizontal style then this may bug you. The way it would is because you would find yourself accidentally hitting the key directly to its left from time to time.
I am sure after some practice your fingers would get trained and would become less bothersome. Or maybe you are already used to this key layout and would have no problems whatsoever. I don’t see it as a big issue I just thought I would address it.
Thank you for reading my AULA LED Backlit Gaming Keyboard Review thus far. I am going to let you know that you will not be getting hurt by buying this keyboard. As I have said it is very inexpensive for a backlit keyboard and you would be hard pressed to find one with the same feel, quality and smoothness of the AULA. If you would like to compare AULA to another similar board, check out the Redragon Karura K502 which is also in the same price / quality bracket.
Do you think this is a good keyboard? Do you have a keyboard that could rival this one or is better? Are you going to buy one? If you have any questions or comments please feel free to drop me one anytime. Likes, shares, tweets and +1’s are greatly appreciated as well.
